The Gibson Community Property Trust paid $9.3 million to Talega Medical Plaza LLC for the 13,675-square-foot South County Medical Plaza at 1300 Vista Hermosa in San Clemente. Gary Stache, Pat Scruggs and Mark Larson of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented Gibson Community and Talega Medical.
Schmid Investments paid $6.4 million to Newport Beach-based CT Realty Corp. for The Arbors, a 50,765-square-foot office building at 2101 to 2103 E. 4th St. in Santa Ana (photo, right). Alan Pekarcik and Rob Mitchell of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented CT Realty. Jim McKenzie and Carl Greenwood of Greenwood & Son represented Schmid Investments.
Jim Brady, owner of Ideal Spa Covers, paid $3.7 million to Jonathon Manufacturing Corp. for a 59,926-square-foot industrial building at 1601 E. Orangethorpe Ave. in Anaheim. The company is relocating from Fullerton. John Brittingham, Clyde Stauff and Brad Christian of Colliers Seeley International Inc. represented Trico Rents and China Times.
Trico Rents paid $2.9 million to China Times Inc. for a 40,636-square-foot industrial building at 655 N. Tamarack Ave. in Brea. Mark Hintergardt and Rob Leiter of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented both parties.
Amin Lakhani paid $2.6 million to the Moore Trust for a 29,424-square-foot industrial building at 1801 Talbot in Anaheim. Brad Bierbaum, Bob Goodmanson, Brian DeRevere and Ian Britton of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller. Steve Crane of Ashwill Associates Inc. represented Lakhani.

Home improvement retailer Lowe’s Cos. leased 143,000 square feet of retail space at The Commons at Aliso Viejo Town Center. Terms weren’t disclosed. Walter Pagel, Ian Brown and Vanessa Brown of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Lowe’s and landlord The Commons at Aliso Viejo LLC.
Santa Ana-based delivery company Orange Courier renewed its lease for 129,600 square feet of industrial space at 3731 W. Warner Ave. in Santa Ana (photo, right). The five-year deal is valued at $3.2 million. Jeff Chiate and David Hess of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented landlord The Deutsch Co. David Brakesman of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant.
Costa Mesa-based bed and bath retailer Anna’s Linen Co. leased 35,112 square feet of industrial space at 3010 W. Segerstrom in Santa Ana. The five-year deal is valued at more than $870,000. Dave Desper and Chip Wright of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord LAPCO Industrial Parks. Brian Harnetiaux of McCarthy Cook represented the tenant.
Los Angeles-based law firm Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger leased 20,456 square feet of office space at 18400 Von Karman Ave. in Newport Beach. The 10-year deal is valued at $5.1 million. Kevin Bender and Eric Dunkelson of CB Richard Ellis represented Buchalter. Transwestern Commercial Services represented landlord Irvine Center Towers.
TransUnion LLC expanded and renewed its lease for 19,632 square feet of office space in the TriCentre office building at 333 S. Anita in Orange. The 10-year deal is valued at $6.5 million. Massachusetts-based employee management consultant Kronos Inc. leased 15,590 square feet of office space at 18400 Von Karman Ave. in Newport Beach. The eight-year deal is valued at $3.2 million. Jonathan Larson of Trammell Crow Co. represented Kronos. Transwestern Commercial Services represented landlord Irvine Center Towers.
Wedding Rings Jewelers leased 1,160 square feet of retail space at 22651 Lake Forest Drive in Lake Forest. The five-year deal is valued at $371,000. Peter Moersch of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant and landlord Lake Forest Town Center Association.
