The company is moving its corporate headquarters from Irvine. Greg Haley and Kelly Kayl of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the buyer. Michael Collins and Chris Chinnici of Collins Commercial Corp. represented the seller.
Lawrence H. Pasternack paid $5.1 million to Waddell Foods Inc. for 29 acres of empty land near Santa Ana Canyon and Weir Canyon roads in Anaheim Hills. The land is described as “residential infill,” though no development plans have been set for it yet. Collins Commercial represented the buyer. Jeff Gaynor of REP Commercial Inc. represented the seller.
Chad Clarkin paid $3.1 million to Acacia Spinnaker LLC for an eight-unit apartment complex at 1006 to 1008 Buena Vista in San Clemente. Gary Ceaser of First Team Estates represented the buyer.
