A private investment group paid $15 million to an undisclosed seller for 142-unit Citadel Apartments at 144 S. Magnolia Ave. in Anaheim. John Walsh of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented the buyer. Independent broker Craig Stevens represented the seller.
Los Angeles-based real estate investment company Western States Technologies Inc. paid $6.7 million to Nikken Inc. for 53,360 square feet of office space at 15363 Barranca Parkway in Irvine. Trent Walker of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Stan Mullin of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the seller.
Private investor Charlotte Paur paid $3.9 million to CP Investments for 10,796 square feet of retail space at 8890 Valley View St. and 6011 W. Lincoln Ave. in Buena Park. Phil Voorhees, Patrick Toomey and Jeff Cyr of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented CP Investments. Mike Woolbright of Marcus & Millichap represented Paur.
Eletreby Investments paid $3.6 million to Newport Capital Advisors for a 27,396-square-foot office building at 7861 Garden Grove Blvd. in Garden Grove. Terry Knapper of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer. Jonmark Fabiano and Chris Latta of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller.
Grassis Family LLC paid $3 million to Bristol Metro LLC for a two-story, 14,179-square-foot office building at 2801 Bristol St. in Costa Mesa. Michael Lawrence of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. Rich Lee of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
Investor Chahe Ghanimian paid $2.8 million to Evergreen-Chapman LP for 12,274 square feet of retail space at 12073-12107 Euclid St. in Garden Grove. LEASES
Colorado furniture seller Homestead House Inc. renewed its lease for 206,787 square feet of warehouse and distribution space at 1601 E. Cerritos Ave. in Anaheim. The five-year deal is valued at $4.4 million. Brad Bierbaum of CB Richard Ellis represented Homestead House. Michael Wood of Sares-Regis Group represented landlord Inland Empire Realty Holding Co.
Huntington Beach-based BSH Home Appliances Corp. leased 51,676 square feet of office space at 5551 McFadden Ave. in Huntington Beach. The two-year deal is valued at $750,000. The space also will house a showroom. Michael Wood of Sares-Regis Group represented landlord West County Commerce Center. The tenant represented itself.
The University of Phoenix leased 46,511 square feet of office space at 3090 Bristol St. in Costa Mesa. The seven-year deal is valued at $7 million. Rick Sherburne, Alex Hayden and Travis Boyd of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. Barry Gail and Rich Essen of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented landlord MetLife Inc.
Rockville Centre, N.Y.-based Yellow Book USA leased 14,000 square feet of office space at 18881 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine. Terms weren’t disclosed. The new location will consolidate two existing Orange County offices. Bob Rieden of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. John Bendetti represented landlord Equity Office Properties Trust internally.
