REAL ESTATE DEALS

SALES


An undisclosed buyer paid $4.4 million to WB Plaza Owner LLC for a 13,011-square-foot office and industrial building at 3920 Birch St. in Newport Beach. Robert Davis, Nick Carey, Dave Kluver, Greg Puccinelli, Scott Johnstone and Mike Randall of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the seller.

RDR Real Estate LLC paid $2.3 million to TS Partnership for a 14,065-square-foot industrial building at 15592 Computer Lane in Huntington Beach. Jeff Hirsch and Frank Adler of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller. John Carpenter of 949 Group represented the buyer.

Forterus Health Care, a division of Forterus Inc., paid $259,500 to Solutions4Recovery Inc. for a 1,200-square-foot rehabilitation treatment facility on Paseo Terraza in San Juan Capistrano. No brokers were involved in the deal. Forterus acquired Solutions4Recovery and its six-year-old drug and alcohol treatment center.

Healthwell Holdings Corp. paid $280,000 to an undisclosed seller for a 1,515-square-foot office condominium at 3131 Airway Ave. in Costa Mesa. Matt Moore and Oliver Fleener of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller. Wendy Hooper of Altera Real Estate represented the buyer.


LEASES


Roxford Inc. renewed its lease of an 11,770-square-foot industrial building at 15222 Pipeline Lane in Huntington Beach. The three-year lease is valued at $275,940. David Cox of Cox Commercial represented both the tenant and landlords Robert and Jane Shuss.

Pacific Blue Micro leased 8,982 square feet of office space at 16800 Aston St. in Irvine. The value of the five-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Jim Wynne of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant. Keith Green of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented landlord Arden Realty.

Metropolitan Windows leased 2,130 square feet of flex space at 3303 Harbor Blvd. in Costa Mesa. The value of the five-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Steve Beckett of Reve Pacific LLC represented the tenant. Todd Martens and Rick Ellison of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented landlord RREEF Funds LLC.

Travel Placement Services leased 1,172 square feet of office space at 23101 Lake Center Drive in Lake Forest. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. Steve Beckett of Reve Pacific LLC represented the tenant. Chanel Diaz and Dave Colton represented landlord Colton Cos. in-house.
