SALES

Newport Beach-based Werdin Corp. acquired a 5.3-acre industrially zoned parcel in Santa Ana from ITT Industries Inc. Kevin Turner and Mike Hartel of Colliers Seeley in Irvine represented both parties.

Baker Street Venture bought a 60,435-square-foot office complex at 125 E. Baker St. in Costa Mesa from West Airport Center LP for $7.2 million. George Economos and Steve Economos of NAI Capital Commercial represented both parties. The Economoses also represented both parties in Asset Management Consultants Inc.’s acquisition of a 60,600-square-foot office building at 125 E. Baker St. in Costa Mesa from West Airport Center LP.


LEASES

Vantage Point Products leased a 62,196-square-foot industrial building in Santa Fe Springs from Crow Holdings for $2.6 million. Elizabeth Hughes of Lee & Associates, Orange, represented Vantage Point Products. Tim Howard of Trammell Crow represented Crow Holdings.


OTHER

Dwyer-Curlett & Co. arranged $3 million in financing through The Guardian Life Insurance Co. for an industrial building at 1361 N. Red Gum in Anaheim, $2.2 million in acquisition financing through a local bank for an office building in Indio, and $1.3 million in financing through Key Commercial Mortgage for retail and office development in Studio City.
