SALES


Thanksgiving Church purchased a 15,690-square-foot office building from American First Credit Union for $3.8 million at 6805 Knott Ave. in Buena Park. No brokers were reported on this transaction.

CPH SAHI LLC paid $1.2 million to Sayara K1 LLC for a 10,000-square-foot retail space at 900 W. 1st St. in Tustin. Gil Marrero, Pete Beauchamp, Alan Pekarcik, Dan Vittone and Bob Pettis of Voit Real Estate Services represented both parties.

Marietti Family Trust paid $1.1 million for a 5,850-square-foot industrial unit at 1323 Calle Avanzado in San Clemente. The buyer plans to use the space to design clothes. Rich McEvoy of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. Nick Carey and Dave Kluver of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the seller.

Yansun LLC paid $1.1 million to Bacchus Commercial LLC for a 4,950-square-foot office building at 9930 Irvine Center Drive in Irvine. Cory Adler of Nexus Development repre-sented the buyer. Joe Winkelmann, Michael Hartel, Kevin Turner and Travis Haining of Voit Real Estate Services represented the seller.


LEASES


Dynamic Details Inc. leased a 49,790-square-foot industrial building at 3021 Coronado in Anaheim. The 3-year lease is valued at $1.2 million. Ken Ward and Brett Merz of Cresa Partners LLC represented the tenant. Michael Hefner of Voit Real Estate Services repre-sented landlord Swenson Family LP.

Mesa Safes and All American Lock Co. leased a 49,515-square-foot industrial building at 337 Freedom in Orange. The 5-year lease is valued at $1.6 million. Craig Sullivan of Collins Commercial Corp. represented the tenant. Chris Migliori of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord.

Passionate Pet leased a 23,598 square foot flexible space at 18871 Teller Ave. in Irvine. The 10-year lease is valued at $3.4 million. Brian Garbutt of Lee & Associates represented the tenant and landlord Greenlaw Partners.

Pathway Financial Management Inc. leased 21,303 square feet of office space at 12661 Hoover St. in Garden Grove. The 3-year lease is valued at $1.1 million. Hayden Socci, Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit Real Estate Services represented landlord Walton CWCA Hoover 52 LLC. Hayden Socci and Peter Poon of PC Realty represented the tenant.
