Karra’s Family Trust paid $6.7 million to an undisclosed seller for the 12,231-square-foot Hamner Square, a multitenant retail center at 6987 Hamner Ave. in Corona. The building sold for $548 per square foot. The center has nine tenants including a 7-Eleven. Edward Hanley and Eric Werner of Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors represented both parties.
Microtech Dental Manufacturing Inc. paid $3.3 million to Yardley Trust for a 29,495-square-foot industrial building with office space at 17260 Newhope St. in Fountain Valley. The building sold for $111 per square foot. Greg Velastegui of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the buyer. Pat Lacey and Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller.
Sacramento-Walnut Co. paid $3 million to 19th and Anaheim LLC for a 5,013-square-foot retail center at 600 W. 19th St. in Costa Mesa. The building sold for $608 per square foot at a capitalization rate of 5.6%.
The center has four tenants including Cash Plus and Subway. Eric P. Wohl of Hanley Investment Group represented both parties.
CDR Investment Properties LLC paid $2.7 million to Parks Diversified LP for a 4,316-square-foot office building at 24532 Del Prado in Dana Point. David Romero of Lee & Associates represented the seller. Re/Max Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer.
LEASES
St. Joseph Hospital of Orange renewed its lease on a 14,751-square-foot office building at 505 S. Main St. in Orange. The four-year lease is valued at $1.8 million. Eileen Doody of PM Realty Group represented the tenant. Sonya Dopp-Gech of Lee & Associates represented landlord CRC Real Estate Corp.
Cassidy Warner and Associates renewed its lease of a 4,609-square-foot office building at 505 S. Main St. in Orange. The two-year lease was valued at $261,000. Sonya Dopp-Grech of Lee & Associates represented landlord CRC Real Estate. Jeff Tabor of Corporate Realty Advisors represented the tenant.
OrPro Inc. leased 4,998 square feet of office space at Red Hill Corporate Plaza at 18022 Cowan in Irvine. The value of the six-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Greg May of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the tenant. Terri Chaklos of Commercial Property Services represented landlord Red Hill Metro VI LP.
Cadden & Fuller leased 5,827 square feet of office space at Pacific Court, 114 Pacific Ave. in Irvine. Terms weren’t disclosed. Greg May and Oliver Fleener of Grubb & Ellis represented landlord Pacific Court Tower LLC. Greg Endsley of Madison Street Partners represented the tenant.
Hopper Engineering leased a 1,745-square-foot office suite at 12912 Brookhurst St. in Garden Grove. The terms weren’t disclosed. Jim Hawkins of Lee & Associates represented landlord Dolphin Partners. Joe Maiolo of Inco Co. represented the tenant.
