D.L. Long paid $3.7 million to CIM Brea Inc. for the 19,322-square-foot Birch Street Promenade building C at 210 Birch St. in Brea. Rich Heine of Peninsula Real Estate Brokerage represented Long. Carlos Lopez and Nicholas Coo of Faris Lee Investments represented CIM Brea.

Sares Regis Group sold a 68,708-square-foot office building at 14700 Hoover St. in Westminster to Bixby Land Co. for $6.3 million. Automobile Club of Southern California occupies the building. Mark Larson and Gary Stache of CB Richard Ellis Services Inc.’s private client investment group represented both parties. Sares Regis also sold a 59,679-square-foot industrial property at 14650 Hoover St. to tenant Pyramid Logistics Inc. for $5.4 million. Larson and Stache brokered the transaction.

Makena Resources purchased 0.54 acres at 13931 Redhill Ave. in Tustin for $900,000. Blake Woodward and Andrew Buie of CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office represented Makena. Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the undisclosed seller.

Tripodi/Barnhart acquired a 24,190-square-foot industrial building at 22922 Empresa in Rancho Santa Margarita from Roglen LLC for $2.8 million. Greg Velastigu of Lee & Associates represented Tripodi/Barnhart. Ian Britton, Brad Bierbaum Bob Goodmanson and Brian DeRevere of CB Richard Ellis represented Roglen LLC.

Ethan Christopher LLC bought a 37,578-square-foot retail center in Chino Hills from Roger De Young & Don Ayres Jr. Trust for $3.6 million. Gary Grabel of Grabel Financial represented Ethan Christoper. Jeff Conover and Rich Walter of Faris Lee Investments represented Roger De Young & Don Ayres Jr. Trust.

LEASES

Wells Fargo & Co. leased a 4,631-sqaure-foot retail space at 21103 Newport Coast Drive in Newport Coast from The Irvine Company for $2.5 million for 10 years. Jim Duke, Carol Schillne and Shannon North of CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office represented Wells Fargo.

Postal Annex Plus leased 958 square feet in Valencia Shopping Center at 24100 El Toro Road, Suite D in Laguna Woods. The five-year contract was valued at $200,000. Shannon North, Jim Duke and Carol Schillne of CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office represented the landlord.

Wild Oats Markets’ Henry’s Marketplace leased 27,112 square feet at 17482 Yorba Linda Blvd. in Yorba Linda from Valley View Enterprises. The contract was for 20 years. Carol Schillne, Jim Duke, Andy Buine and Shannon North of CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office represented Wild Oats Markets.

Los Angeles-based AB Cellular leased 2,775 square feet at 1345 S. Harbor Blvd. in Fullerton. The contract was five years. Andy Buie and Christine Jacobs of CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office represented AB Cellular. Carol Schillne, Jim Duke and Shannon North of CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office represented the landlord.

OTHER

Hall Research Technologies Inc. opened a 1,600-square-foot warehouse next to its headquarters at 3613 W. MacArthur Blvd., Suite 609, in Santa Ana. The facility will provide additional space to accommodate sales of video distribution systems, splitters and switches.
