Costa Mesa firm Strategies has added four new account assistants. Maria Garza, Andrea Margules, Vanessa Riggle and Jamie Untz were hired to support public relations account activities with copywriting, proofing, media relations and account and tradeshow coordination.
Elyse Ridenour, an account supervisor at Roxburgh, has been elected to the sales and marketing council’s 2001 board of directors for the Orange County Chapter of the Building Industry Association of Southern California, a trade organization serving the homebuilding sector.
Jennifer Binai was hired by Roxburgh as an advertising account coordinator. Previously, Binai worked at Edwards & McCaslin, an advertising and public relations agency.
Big Man Creative appointed Scott A. Shuford vice president of the Laguna Hills company. Shuford, who lives in Aliso Viejo with his wife and three children, will head up the company’s client relations.

Mark Garrity was hired as a director and landscape architect for Forma, an Irvine architectural firm. Garrity formerly managed an overseas office in Thailand where he worked on several resort and golf course projects.

John Perrine has been named general manager at The Center Club, a Costa Mesa private and social club adjacent to the Orange County Performing Arts Center. Perrine was previously ClubCorp’s Western regional membership director from 1994 to 1998.

Christian & Timbers hired Kris Aasted as vice president of the firm’s technology and venture practice in Irvine. Before joining the company, Aasted was a partner with Heidrick & Struggles International.

The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation elected Leonard H. Dreyer chairman of the board at its annual meeting in Philadelphia. Dreyer, a Marine Corps veteran and chief executive officer of Marie Callender’s, also serves on the board of directors of the University Advancement Foundation at California State University, Fullerton.

CB Richard Ellis promoted Jeff Moore to senior vice president of the Anaheim office. Moore has spent 12 years at the company’s Newport Beach office as a retail specialist.
Irvine-based Keystone Pacific Property Management has added four employees as community association managers: Alan Ford, Stephany Mumm, Carrie Powell and Jill Sawyer.
William Milligan has been promoted to director of asset/portfolio management for Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors. Milligan joined the firm in 1996 as senior vice president of dispositions.
The Seniors Housing Council of Southern California elected three members to its board of directors. Scott Darrell, vice president of Long Beach-based LINC Housing; Bernard Wheeler-Medley, vice president and associate general counsel with Assisted Living in Costa Mesa; and Mary Holmes,regional manager of Pacific Gulf Properties.
Anne Boland Walker was promoted to vice president of sales for Irvine-based Richmond American Homes. Walker will be in charge of sales operations throughout Orange, San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
Santa Ana-based Triple Net Properties hired Christina Huynh as senior staff accountant. In addition, Rick Stein joined the firm as director of retail operations and Mandi Miller was named administrator for investor services.
Griffin Realty Corp., Laguna Beach, named Brian J. Myers a partner and president of the company. Myers is also president of the newly-formed company, Griffin Advisors. He previously was the founding partner of the Spectrum Group in Irvine.
National Builder Services, Orange, appointed Angela L. Hall regional director for its Northern California region in Pleasanton.
John Hatzis and Larry Lawrence were elected to the board of directors and named principal brokers at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services in Orange. Lawrence joined Lee & Associates in 1996 and specializes in marketing industrial property in the mid-cities market. Hatzis joined the firm in 1995 and markets office properties in central Orange County.
PSI, Long Beach, added A. Martin Stradtman to the firm as business development manager for the California region. Stradtman comes to PSI from Charles Dunn Co., where he was executive vice president.
Turner Development Corp., Newport Beach, named Susan V.R. Drummy partner of the firm. Drummy has been involved in Turner’s strategic financial planning and daily operations for 13 years.

California Caf & #233; Bar and Grill named Kurt Schaeffer executive chef of its new restaurant at The Shops at Mission Viejo. Schaeffer previously worked at restaurants such as Salt Creek Grille and McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood. The restaurant also appointed Rory O’Neal general manager. O’Neal previously was general manager for Crocodile Caf & #233; and Carver’s Steaks & Chops in San Diego.
Split, a Huntington Beach board-sport clothing seller, added Christina Smith and Ronny Nelson as sales manager for the Split Girl line and team and promotions manager for all sports, respectively.

Mark Nuaimi was promoted to Western regional vice president of transportation systems for Iteris, a subsidiary of Odetics. Nuaimi who has been with Iteris for more than four years, also spent 14 years in systems engineering, integration, testing and project management.
TransDimension appointed David Murray to oversee the company’s marketing strategy. Murray will focus on the company’s plan to market embedded and mobile connectivity solutions based on USB and Bluetooth technologies.
