ARCHITECTURE

Irvine-based Danielian Associates named Jon Danielian and Brian Miller principals and JoAnn Lee-Kim and Louis Marinelli senior associates. The firm also named Jeff Ste-vens director of planning and Deborah Briers director of client relations.


BANKING

Rita Rausch joined Comerica Bank as vice president and senior sustainability officer.

Wells Fargo & Co. named Britain Rome business consultant for the Orange County business banking group.


CONSULTING

Newport Beach-based Lydon Group LLC, a finance and technology consultant, hired Brenda Schowalter as associate in the ethics and compliance practice.


EDUCATION

Michael Berchtold, a former Morgan Stanley investment banker, joined the board of trustees for Sage Hill School in Newport Coast.


GOVERNMENT

Joel Miliband was named a member of the California Judicial Council by the State Bar Association. Miliband is a member of Irvine-based Rus, Miliband & Smith and former president of the Orange County Bar Association.

Anaheim-based Curt Pringle & Associates hired Melinda Allen as public relations director. Allen previously was coordinator for the corporate affairs and public relations departments at RBF Consulting in Irvine.


HEALTHCARE

Tustin-based Toshiba America Medical Systems Inc. named Trish Malone director of financial programs.


LAW

Marilyn Martin-Culver, Carol Reagan and Adina Witzling joined the Costa Mesa office of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP. Martin-Culver and Reagan joined as counsel and Witzling joined as associate.

Mark Adams joined the Irvine office of Greenberg Traurig LLP as a shareholder in the litigation practice.


MEDIA & MARKETING

Irvine-based Morgan Marketing and Public Relations LLC promoted Jennifer Steinhart to assistant account executive.

Tustin-based Hilary Kaye Associates Inc. hired Robyn Williams as public relations specialist, Linda Domingo as public relations coordinator and promoted Inez Be to assistant public relations specialist.

Los Angeles-based Capstone Studios named Gretchen Benedetto director of client services in the Irvine office.


REAL ESTATE

Andrew Herron joined Collier’s International Property Consultants Inc. as vice president in the tenant representative services division of the Irvine office.

Irvine-based Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. promoted Renee Morales to group coordinator.

Voit Development Co. in Newport Beach hired Curtis Slocum. He’s responsible for identifying brownfield sites,land with some contamination or other environmental issues,for acquisition throughout the Western U.S.


RETAIL

Retail Equation in Irvine hired Jim Agnello, Ray Simoncelli and Kathy Kiely-Skaggs as sales executives.


TECHNOLOGY

Cypress-based Mitsubishi Electric & Electronics USA Inc., part of Japan’s Mitsubishi Electric Corp., promoted Cayce Blanchard to senior vice president of corporate communications.

Paetec Holding Corp., an Internet calling service provider, promoted Chris Bantoft to Western region president. Bantoft will be based in the Irvine office.


TRANSPORTATION

Irvine-based Logistics Unlimited hired Bob Reilly as director of government marketing.
