Sayed Hamid Majrooh and Southanong Saykham joined the Tustin office of Greenberg Farrow Architecture Inc. Majrooh took the position of civil engineer designer. Saykham will serve as an architectural technician.
Irvine-based Ware Malcomb Inc. promoted Matthew Brady, Ruth Brajevich, Gary Drew and Kerri Anne Wilson to principals for the company. Ware Malcomb also promoted Radwan Madani and Cesar Romero to project managers in the commercial department.

Laura Lima joined insurance company CalSurance Inc. in Orange as an account executive. Lima previously owned and operated her own agency.
Strategic Equity Group, an investment bank in Long Beach, hired Costa Mesa’s Christopher Ober as a senior analyst. Ober previously was with the business and litigation consulting services company of Mark Barclay Inc. in San Diego.
Anaheim-based American Team Managers Insurance Services hired Barbara Hartz as director of programs, commercial specialty lines.
Investment company Euro Pacific Capital Inc. of Newport Beach hired Candace Douglass as vice president of compliance and operations. Douglass previously was a regional trainer with H & R; Block Financial Advisors. Euro Pacific also hired Chris Rieger as an investment consultant. Rieger is a 10-year industry veteran, having worked at Smith Barney and UBS Paine Webber.
GOVERNMENT
The Municipal Water District of Orange County named Kevin P. Hunt as general manager of the district. Hunt replaces Stanley Sprague who retired earlier this month after 32 years at the district, including 21 years as general manager.
HEALTHCARE
Susan A. Zepeda, chief executive of The Healthcare Foundation for Orange County, was elected to the board of Grantmakers in Health, a national association for philanthropic foundations in healthcare. Zepeda has more than 25 years of grant-making experience in the public and private sectors.
Dick Marconi was elected to the board of directors of Mission Viejo-based FlexScan Inc., which provides corporate wellness screening services. Marconi is chairman of the Marconi Foundation for Kids, a philanthropic group. He also is an entrepreneur and wellness advocate.

Preston Gates & Ellis LLP of Irvine named David Perry managing partner in Orange County. Perry joined the firm in 2003 after 19 years as founder and managing partner of Bruck & Perry. Preston Gates & Ellis also added two partners, Robert Bekken and William Grenner, as well as three associates, Cory King, Hanh Le and Keith Watts.
Kring & Chung LLP added Shane C. Stafford as an associate attorney to its Irvine office. Stafford’s practice primarily will cover labor and employment, and general civil litigation.
NONPROFIT
The Orange County Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association named Jeff Saccacio chairman of its board of directors. Saccacio is a longtime volunteer of the association and previously served as a member of the board and vice president of finance.
Robert J. Waltos, Jr. was named president-elect of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Southern California Chapter. Waltos is a managing partner at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network/The Waltos Group in Newport Beach.

HomeAid Orange County, the charitable arm of the Building Industry Association of Southern California, named Jennifer Brooks of The Irvine Company to its board. Brooks is senior director of custom home sites for the Irvine Co.
Josh Shapiro of Charles Dunn Real Estate Services was appointed leasing manager for Triangle Square in Costa Mesa. Shapiro said his plans for the center include renovation of the food court. He recently renewed leases for Virgin Megastore and Barnes & Noble at the shopping center.

McDermott & Bull Executive Search in Irvine named Scott Seabaugh to the position of principal consultant of the company’s life sciences practice. Seabaugh will focus on growing this practice as well as extending the company’s client base in Southern California.
TECHNOLOGY
Unisyn Software LLC hired Gerald F. Ansel, a Fullerton resident, to the newly created position of director of public relations at its Los Angeles office. Ansel previously served as manager of public relations for the middle market division of Best Software in Irvine, and also operated his own public relations consultancy.
Lake Forest-based Western Digital Corp. appointed Raymond M. Bukaty as senior vice president. Bukaty joined Western Digital in 1999 and will continue his responsibilities as general counsel and secretary.
