Banking and Finance
Comerica Bank-California, Costa Mesa, named Patricia Toumayan vice president of community business banking. She specializes in commercial loans, sales, real estate and U.S. Small Business Administration guaranteed loans. In addition, Comerica promoted Mario De Pasquale to vice president of Orange County middle-market operations. He will be responsible for lending to commercial customers with annual revenue ranging from $10 million to $250 million and will focus on manufacturing, distribution and service firms.
Robert McKnight was named vice president of USA Capital LLC, Newport Beach. He is a nine-year veteran of the equipment leasing industry and most recently worked for Granite Financial.
Western Financial Bank, Irvine, appointed Kevin Campbell senior vice president for its commercial banking group. He will be responsible for marketing and managing business development for companies with sales of $10 million to $150 million in Southern California. Campbell formerly worked for Bank of America as senior vice president of business banking and vice president of commercial banking.
Terri Millson was named vice president, investments for the foundation services group of Sutro & Co., Newport Beach. She formerly worked for Merrill Lynch as assistant vice president and senior financial consultant.
Imperial Bank appointed Christopher Zumberge senior vice president and manager of its new Costa Mesa office. He will manage a staff that will serve the North Orange County and Inland Empire regions. Zumberge was most recently senior vice president for Pacific Century Bank’s commercial banking department.

Michael Pachuta joined Lages & Associates, Irvine, as account executive. He previously worked as a journalist and was most recently a business reporter for Los Angeles-based Investor’s Business Daily.
Organizations
William Tolin Gay, a partner at the Irvine law firm of Snell & Wilmer, was elected to the board of directors of the Association for Corporate Growth. His responsibilities as vice president of continuing education include enhancing membership benefits for ACG’s Orange County chapter.
Technology
Timothy J. Roy was named director of online development for Go2 Systems Inc., Irvine. He will develop the company’s strategic plans for growth in the online directory market and refine the company’s traditional and wireless web interface offerings for users and advertisers. In addition, Go2 Systems appointed Steven Plutt executive vice president of sales to oversee the company’s growth in the online and wireless directory markets.
California Software Corp., Santa Ana, appointed Kate Tague to a marketing and communications position. She was most recently a marketing associate for a financial advisory and turnaround management firm.
Seagate Technology Inc. promoted Rodd Mann to vice president of manufacturing for its Costa Mesa-based Seagate Removable Storage Solutions.

Nanci Nicoli joined VillageFax.com, Tustin, as director of marketing and communications. She was most recently a vice president of the U.S. and Canadian division for Sabre Group Limited of Australia where she developed business and marketing plans.
Tourism
The Anaheim/Orange County Visitor & Convention Bureau hired Melissa Centeno as communications manager. Her responsibilities include managing media relations programs. She was formerly marketing manager for Discovery Science Center.
Dena Heathman joined the Orange County Fair & Exposition Center, Costa Mesa, as chief administration officer. She was previously manager of consolidations and financial reporting systems for Rockwell International.
The Discovery Science Center, Santa Ana, hired Christopher Trela as public relations and marketing manager. He has more than 10 years of experience as a journalist, photographer and public relations consultant.
Tammie McBann Brailsford was appointed COO of the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific. She will report directly to Warren Iliff, president and CEO.
Transportation
Suzuki Marine, Brea, promoted Larry Vandiver from national field sales manager to marketing director for the marine division. He joined Suzuki Motor Corp. in 1977 as district sales manager for Suzuki motorcycles.
