Kenneth Sturm was made partner and Dhyanesh Bhatt was promoted to manager at Kling & Pathak CPAs in Cerritos. Irene Ortiz-Glass joined Korn/Ferry International’s Irvine office as senior client partner, leadership development solutions. Korn/Ferry is an executive recruitment and consulting company. Previously, Ortiz-Glass founded and was president of Diverse Connections, an executive search and consulting company that focuses on recruiting minorities.
Irvine-based McDermott & Bull Executive Search added Seda Aksut as vice president of strategic development. Aksut most recently was managing director at executive search company Brentwood International.

James Sinnema was named a senior associate in the land development department at RBF Consulting’s Irvine office. Sinnema previously was principal and chief financial officer of Merit Civil Engineering Inc.

Martha “Marty” Hudak-Roos joined Irvine-based Golden State Foods as vice president of global quality and food safety. Hudak-Roos previously served as vice president of technical services for Clougherty Packing Co., maker of Farmer John.

Michael Ball, president of Irvine-based Allergan Inc., joined IntraLase Corp.’s board as a member. Ball has worked for more than 25 years in the healthcare industry. IntraLase is an Irvine maker of laser devices for eye surgery.
