Newport Beach Developer Builds Private Club in Idaho

Completed Houses at Lyon Living Project Start at $2.7 Million

A Newport Beach residential developer that specializes in multifamily housing has built a private club in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Lyon Living’s CDA National Reserve is a club with a range of outdoor activities and multimillion-dollar real estate opportunities available to its members.

CDA National Reserve is a 1,000-acre property with a Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course, private jet hangar, floating waterpark and a lake for boating and fishing activities.

Club members can also partake in archery, pickleball, sport clay shooting, tennis and yoga.

New homesites at the reserve can be purchased for $535,000 or more. Completed houses start at $2.7 million. Houses under construction start at $2 million.

The Lake Lodges, a collection of new houses designed by Hart Howerton, would be released this summer. The collection features two-level duplexes, each residence with three bedrooms and lake views.

Idaho-based DZign Group Architecture has designed three-bedroom Fairway Lodges to be located along either side of the 17th fairway, with golf course and mountain views.

Other amenities include a restaurant, wine cellar, cigar lounge, lake house with kayaking and wakeboarding activities, fitness center with racquet sports and rock climbing, pistol range and axe throwing.

Lyon Living’s portfolio includes an 18-floor residential high-rise at 1900 Ocean in Long Beach and Pacific Pointe apartment complex in San Clemente.
