Bruce Furniss of Grubb & Ellis’ Anaheim office has brokered the nearly $2.2 million purchase of a 44-unit apartment complex in Azusa by a private investor.
Tom Turner of Palos Verdes Estates is the new owner of the apartment complex, which includes three buildings and is 97% occupied.
William Caldwell of San Marino, trustee for the William M. Caldwell Living Trust and the William M. Caldwell Decedents Trust, was the seller.
