LANI.com (Loan Administration Network Inc.) of Irvine said it has formed an executive-placement division. The new division will fill mid- to senior level management positions in the commercial banking, mortgage lending and consumer finance industries. Lani.com was founded in 1992 by twin sisters Darlene Wright and Charlene Nichols, and offers temporary, temp-to-hire and full-time staffing services, as well as training and consulting services.
