Koll Development Co., Newport Beach, announced five leases totaling 260,000 square feet and more than $80 million for its under-construction Koll Dublin Corporate Center in that Bay Area city.
The leases commit 95% of the project’s first phase, twin four-story buildings scheduled for completion this month.
The tenants include Massachusetts-based EMC Corp., a maker of database hardware and software, and Macromedia, San Francisco, a maker of Internet-related hardware and software products. The others are Fremont-based Qunitus Corp., San Ramon-based SuperGen, and Pleasanton-based Simpson Manufacturing Co.
At buildout, the Koll Dublin Corporate Center will total 680,000 square feet of Class A office and office-serving commercial space. Phase two, a third four-story, 138,000-square-foot building, is slated to break ground this month. Phase three will be a six-story, 205,000-square-foot structure.
