Ingram Micro Europe, a unit of Santa Ana-based Ingram Micro Inc., said it had signed an agreement in principle for a three-year, $200 million deal to provide logistical support services to Take Care Marketing AB, the largest value-added reseller in Sweden.
Under the agreement, TCM will retain sales responsibilities, while Ingram Micro will handle purchase, order administration, delivery and configuration services. About 25 TCM employees will transfer to Ingram Micro when the deal is finalized, the companies said.
