Extended Stay America Inc. has opened a 124-room hotel in Orange.
The four-story Extended Stay America Efficiency Studios is at 1635 W. Katella Ave. and is the Spartanburg, S.C.-based chain’s 46th California property and 412th companywide. The company operates hotels under the StudioPLUS Deluxe Studios, Extended Stay America Efficiency Studios and Crossland Economy Studios badges.
Extended Stay hotels are targeted at business professionals who are relocating or on extended work assignments, and feature weekly room rates with weekly housekeeping service and twice-weekly towel service.
Weekly rates at the Orange hotel are $299 to $329. Nightly rates are available from $59.
Guest rooms include a queen-size bed, recliner, cable TV with remote, free voice mail, free local calls, and a computer data port. Each room also has a kitchen with a refrigerator, two-burner range, microwave, coffee maker, utensils and tableware. The hotel also has a 24-hour, coin-operated, on-site laundry facility for guests.
