The Marina del Rey office of Deutsch, part of the Interpublic Group of Cos., said that it was resigning the account of Cypress-based Mitsubishi Motors North America, by withdrawing from a creative review that began last month. Spending on the assignment, which Deutsch has handled since 1998, was estimated at $200 million.
