The Business Journal is set to unveil its businessperson of the year for 2006 in Monday’s edition.
The issue is set to profile our pick for the person who had the most impact in the past year, as well as a runner-up and honorable mention.
2006’s pick is one of the biggest names in Orange County business.
Our businesspersons for 2005 were Jon Jaffe and Emile Haddad of Lennar Corp.
Past winners include Bill Gross of Pacific Investment Management Co., businessman George Argyros, Allergan Inc.’s David Pyott and Peter Ueberroth.
