Costa Mesa-based Khoshbin Co., the real estate firm that owns the former Trinity Broadcasting Network headquarters near South Coast Plaza, bought an office building in Orange for $18.9 million.
The 109,644-square-foot Orangewood Corporate Plaza sits on 4.5 acres and was 84% leased at the time of the sale. CBRE confirmed Khoshbin Co. as the buyer. Waterford Property Co. was listed as the seller by CoStar.
“Orangewood Corporate Plaza offers stable cash flow, strong leasing momentum and a strategic location near some of Orange County’s most dynamic growth corridors,” Anthony DeLorenzo, a CBRE partner that helped broker the deal, said in a statement. “The buyer recognized the long-term value in a well-performing office campus with upside potential in a market that continues to attract investment.”
Orangewood Corporate Plaza is located at 2100-2200 Orangewood Ave. in Orange. The office building is close to Angel Stadium, Honda Center and OCVibe.
