Anaheim Retail Center Sells for $11.3 Million

Pique at Angel Stadium walking distance to OCVibe

A retail center across from Angel Stadium and walking distance to Honda Center and OCVibe has traded hands for $11.3 million.

Encinitas, California-based Vista Emerald LLC is the new owner of Pique, a 15,710-sqaure-foot retail center at 2406-2438 E. Katella Ave. Vista Emerald bought the retail center from Commerce-based BCTC Corp.

The retail center is next to Stadium Tower, the 12-floor office tower that Anaheim Ducks owner Henry Samueli bought for $72 million last month.

Pique was fully occupied at the time of the sale. The transaction was arranged by Corona del Mar-based Hanley Investment Group. Lee Csenar and Ed Hanley of Hanley Investment Group represented BCTC Corp. Vista Emerald was represented by Omar Hussein of Beacon Realty Advisors.

“This transaction illustrates ongoing investor interest in internet-resistant, service-oriented retail centers — especially those with essential tenants—located in prime Orange County markets,” Csenar said in a statement.
