Sunstone Buying Times Square Hilton

San Clemente-based Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc. on Thursday said it’s buying the Hilton Times Square hotel in New York City for $242.5 million.

Sunstone expects to close the deal during this quarter.

The 444-room Hilton Times Square is managed by Hilton Hotels Corp.
