SALES

MCBC LLC sold the 12,783-square-foot industrial building at 13231 Rosecrans Ave. in Santa Fe Springs to Glen Wilson for $872,000. Chuck Wilson and Steve Calhoun of Colliers Seeley International’s Anaheim office represented MCBC, and Colliers Seeley’s Joel McCabe represented Wilson.

Bascom Villas apartments was sold to Gardena-based Boseker Family Trust for $13.2 million by Knott Ave. Apartments LLC. The 164-unit Buena Park property is at 707-719 Knott Ave. Robin Ossenbeck, Brian Hawkins, and Margie Molloy of Hendricks & Partners represented the seller and Mel Wiggins of Coldwell Banker represented the trust.

Katella Property LLC purchased a 37,437-square-foot building at 6415 Katella Ave. in Cypress for $4.6 million. Scott Smith, Bob Goodmanson and Ben Seybold of CB Richard Ellis represented both parties.

Ray Vincenti acquired an 11,000-square-foot industrial building at 840 Cypress St. in Orange for $745,000. Colliers Seeley International’s Brad Christian represented Vincenti, and David Bourke represented himself as the seller.

The La Habra Business Center was sold for $9.4 million to Transtar Commercial Real Estate Services by LHBC LLC. The 173,467-square-foot center is at 1020-1160 S. Cypress St. in La Habra. Michael Lawrence and Marcus Agoritsas of the Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co.’s Newport Beach office represented both parties.

The Stockdale Investment Group sold a 49,915-square-foot business complex at 26000 Commercentre Drive in Lake Forest to The Ezralow Cos. for $8.5 million. Mark Larson and Gary Stache of CB Richard Ellis’ Newport Beach office represented Stockdale.

Newport Beach-based CTF-6 Vintage View LLC by CT California Fund LLC sold the 220-unit Vintage View apartment community in Temecula for $18 million. Paul Runkle and Margie Molloy of Hendricks & Partners’ Inland Empire office represented the seller.

San Clemente L & M Investments sold the 16,997-square-foot industrial building at 961 Calle Negocio in San Clemente to Kobot International for $1.6 million. Guy LaFerrara and Ted Rommel of Lee & Associates Irvine Spectrum represented the seller, while LaFerrara and Mike Baker of the same office represented Kobot.

Marty Hannigan of GME San Clemente sold the 12,586-square-foot Kragan Commercial Building at 400 Camino de Estrella in San Clemente to Stewart Avenue Properties for approximately $1.9 million. Dennis Vaccaro & David Lee of Faris Lee Investments represented the seller and Jim Wellbaum & Matt Crawford of Triwell Properties represented the buyer.

Koll Savi LLC bought a 48,085-square-foot office building at 22800 Savi Ranch Parkway in Yorba Linda for $5.2 million. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office represented Koll Savi and the seller, Newport Beach-based The Clifford Co.

Douglas Golden of Charles Dunn Co.’s Irvine office represented the Rajani Family Real Estate Partnership in the $4.4 million purchase of an 118,947-square-foot industrial buidling at 1800 E. 50th St. in Los Angeles. Sandra Crawford and Carol Taubman of Westgate Industrial Properties represented the seller, Long Beach Av. Properties.

Inland Communities sold 112 lots in the masterplanned community of Victoria Grove in Riverside County to Centex Homes for approximately $6 million. Les Whittlesey of Irvine-based Whittlesey Doyle Inc. represented both parties in the sale.

Integrated Media Services acquired a 27,563-square-foot industrial building at 1260 N. Fee Ana St. in Orange. DSA Development sold the building for $2.5 million. Jeff Denning of DSA Commercial represented both parties.

Phil Borsuk sold the 20,232-square-foot building at 320 S. Beach Blvd. in Anaheim for $1.85 million to the city of Anaheim. Joe Miller of CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office represented Borsuk. Anaheim was represented by Roger Cunningham of Security Land.

The Lai Family Trust bought the apartment complex Savanna Villas for $2.8 million. The 22-unit property is at 3520 W. Savanna in Anaheim. John Przybyla of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co.’s Newport Beach office represented the seller, while Jon Mitchell and Bryan Ruane represented the buyer.


LEASES

Road Runner, a division of Time Warner Cable, has leased 12,958 square feet at 880 N. Eckhoff in Orange. The new location will be Road Runner’s regional data center. Randy Teteak and Ryan Hawkins of Staubach Co.’s Irvine office represented the tenant. Jon Peddie of Pensack Associates represented the building owner.

Howard Schultz & Associates International Inc. leased a 21,315-square-foot industrial building at 40 Empire in Lake Forest, in the Olen Spectrum Pointe Business Park. Craig Fitterer, Guy LaFerrara, and Mike Baker of Lee & Associates’ Irvine Spectrum office represented Schultz in the $1.4 million transaction. Kathy Wadsworth of Olen Properties in Newport Beach represented the landlord.


OTHER

The Irvine Company is developing the Newport Ridge Retail Center, a 50,000-square-foot retail development on 10.8 acres at Newport Coast Drive and San Joaquin Hills Road. Snyder Langston is handling the construction, valued at $7.3 million, with completion scheduled for February.
