Col-Am Properties paid $1.8 million to J & F; Enterprises for a 9,830-square-foot building at 1132 to 1142 N. Batavia St. in Orange. The building sold for $183 per square foot. The Aliso Viejo office of Miami-based Lennar Corp. leased 27,859 square feet of industrial space at 2130 E. Orangewood Ave. in Anaheim. The lease is valued at $1.8 million. Lennar plans to use the site as a sales office for condominiums planned for the Platinum Triangle near Angel Stadium of Anaheim.
