Brian Duke of Trammell Crow Co. represented the buyer. Rick McGeagh, Bob Goodmanson and Brian DeRevere from CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the seller.

Global Operations & Development Inc. paid $2.9 million to Orbie Fulmer Trust for three industrial buildings totaling 43,218 square feet at 8332 Commonwealth Ave. in Buena Park. Steve Schaner and Chris Giglio of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer. Paul Gingrich and Chris Migliori of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.
Blackmon Homes Inc. paid $2.4 million to Calvery Associates for a 12,216-square-foot office building at 3115 Red Hill Ave. in Costa Mesa. Dave Desper of CB Richard Ellis represented both parties.
Platt College Anaheim Inc., which runs graphics and design schools, leased 35,272 square feet of office space in One Pacific Plaza at 7755 Center Ave. in Huntington Beach. Platt is set to occupy the fourth and fifth floors in November after setting up the space for classrooms. The eight-year deal is valued at $7.2 million. Platt is expanding and relocating its Newport Beach campus. The school also runs campuses in Los Angeles, Ontario and San Diego. Ned Franke of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the tenant. TLC Laser Eye Care leased 15,871 square feet of office space in the Koll Center at 4040 MacArthur Blvd. in Newport Beach. The 10-year deal is valued at $5.6 million. Stu Betty and Shane Wilder of Studley Inc. represented the tenant. Phil Cohen of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord 4040 MacArthur LP.
Furniture Discount Inc. leased 7,989 square feet of office space at 1191 N. Knollwood Circle in Anaheim. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
