Mountain Mike’s Pizza has promoted vice president of finance Ryan Lulow to chief financial officer.
Lulow initially joined the pizza franchise, owned by Chris Britt and Ed St. Geme, in 2020 as controller and moved up to VP of finance one year later. His previous experience includes roles at firms such as Windes, Hyundai Capital America and Seoul, and Patriot Environmental Services.
“Since joining Mountain Mike’s, Ryan has been instrumental to our nationwide growth, optimizing profitability across supply chains, operations, marketing and beyond,” Chief Executive Jim Metevier said in a statement.
Lulow is credited for “strengthening the brand’s financial reporting and forecasting” during his tenure. As the new financial leader, Mountain Mike’s said Lulow is tasked with improving unit-level economics and efficiency.
Irvine-based Mountain Mike’s, ranked No. 10 among Orange County’s largest restaurant chains, counts nearly 330 locations with 2025 net sales of $310 million.
