SALES

Mission Hills-based Asset Management Consultants Inc. paid $3.9 million to an undisclosed private owner in San Luis Obispo for a 38,400-square-foot office building at 501 Brookhurst St. in Anaheim. George Economos of NAI Capital Commercial represented both parties.

Los Angeles-based Orchard LLC paid $3.6 million to Atrium Properties LLC of San Diego for a 38,159-square-foot office building at 6101 Ball Road in Cypress. Michael Lawrence of Marcus & Millichap’s Orange County office represented the seller. Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services in Los Angeles negotiated for Orchard.

An undisclosed buyer paid $1.8 million for Broadway Northpointe, a 23,770-square-foot office building at 2122 N. Broadway in Santa Ana. Travis Boyd with CB Richard Ellis Services Inc. represented the buyer. Ken Pratt with Peninsula Investment Real Estate Brokerage represented the seller, 2122 North Broadway Associates.

Long Beach-based Landmark West paid $1.9 million to Atrium Properties for a 36,877 square foot office plaza at 12235 Beach Blvd. in Stanton. Greg Gil of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. and Mark Brunner of Newmark of California represented the seller.

William and Charlotte Day of Orange bought an 18-unit apartment complex at 718 W. Center St. in Placentia for $1.5 million from North Shore LP of Brea. Jay Skenderian and Ken Morgan of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented the seller. Jerry Carter of Ricci Realty represented the Days.

Brian Farmer of Huntington Beach paid $1.2 million for a 15-unit apartment complex at 7872-7882 First St. in Stanton from Andrew Peceimer of Burlingame. Jay Skenderian and Ken Morgan of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented the seller. Mike Berry of Accord Realty represented the seller.

Sares Regis Group, Irvine, paid $30.8 million to Palo Alto-based Pacific Property Co. for a 348-unit apartment complex in Chatsworth. Sares Regis bought the property on behalf of a client. William Dubrowa, Baron Jones, David Casper and Bruce Furniss of Grubb & Ellis Co. sold the complex.

CT Realty Advisors, Newport Beach, paid $7.7 million to Los Angeles-based Commercial Ventures for the 102-unit Contadora Apartments at 1005 Margarita in Corona. David Casper and Bruce Furniss of Grubb & Ellis represented both parties.

Larkey-Wrigley LLC, a Marina del Rey family trust, paid $7.5 million to CTA/Wrigley LLC, a venture of CT Realty Corp., Newport Beach, and Avalon Realty Advisors Inc., Irvine, for Long Beach’s Wrigley Market Place. Nicolas Coo of Faris Lee Investment’s Irvine office represented CTA/Wrigley. Jon Valentine of Newport Beach-based Whiskey Slide Corp. represented the buyer.


LEASES

Brea-based Allied Wheel Components, a maker of automotive rims, leased an 83,140-square-foot building at 12300 Edison Way in Garden Grove from Bixby Land Co. for five years. The deal is valued at $2.1 million. Bob Goodmanson and Scott Smith of CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office handled the sale.

Philip Linder & Associates Inc. leased 108,000 square feet of space at 1282 Knott Ave. in Garden Grove for five years from landlord Brutten Reynolds. The company plans to open a Linder’s Furniture Store at the site. Financial terms weren’t disclosed. Scott Smith, Bob Goodmanson and Rick McGeach of CB Richard Ellis represented Reynolds. Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant.

CHOC Thrift Stores, which benefits Children’s Hospital of Orange County and CHOC at Mission, renewed its lease for 106,993 square feet of industrial space at 13635 Freeway Drive in Santa Fe Springs. The deal is valued at $5.4 million. Sonya Dopp-Grech of Lee & Associates represented CHOC Thrift Stores. CB Richard Ellis represented the undisclosed landlord.

French computer products maker Archos Technology Inc. leased 15,204 square feet at 3 Goodyear in Irvine. The company is relocating from an office on Barranca Parkway in Irvine. Dean Krieger and Rich McEvoy of Lee & Associates’ Irvine Spectrum office represented Archos. Voit Commercial’s Irvine office acted on behalf of the landlord, the Los Angeles-based real estate investor Western States Technologies.

Oskaloosa, Iowa-based Musco Lighting Inc., a provider of lights for athletic fields and other facilities, leased 12,144 square feet at 15311-15321 Barranca Parkway in Irvine for five years in a deal valued at $650,000. Dan Curtis of Curtis & Associates represented Musco. Trent Walker of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented landlord Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co.

OTHER

Ewing Development completed the 211,000-square-foot, four-building Cypress Corporate Park. The buildings, which range from 39,000 square feet to 71,142 square feet, are for sale. Bob Goodmanson, Brian DeRevere and Brad Bierbaum of CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office are marketing the buildings.
