REAL ESTATE DEALS

RSM Properties paid $6.9 million to Collins Pasadena Properties LLC for a 34,080-square-foot office building at 2000 E. Fourth St. in Santa Ana. The building sold for about $202 per square foot. Eric Bissar of Investors Trust represented RSM Properties. George Economos and Steve Economos of NAI Capital represented Collins Pasadena Properties.

Josephine Bond of Anaheim paid $2.3 million to Turning River LLC of Newport Beach for a 17-unit apartment complex at 10622 Tibbs Circle in Garden Grove. Paul Bond of Superior Homes represented the buyer. Ken Morgan and Jay Skenderian of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented the seller.

Delta Wye Electric Inc. paid $2 million to Professional Stone Care for a 14,000-square-foot industrial building at 1018-1026 E. Lacy Ave. in Anaheim. The building sold for $144 per square foot. Delta Wye Electric is set to occupy the building. Steve Crane of Ashwill Associates represented both parties.

Richard and Janice Schindler of Fountain Valley paid $1.1 million to Geraci Family Trust of Huntington Beach for a four-unit apartment building at 7872 Fox Circle. Patrick Schwier of Schwier & Associates represented the Schindlers. Damien Breaux of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented Geraci Family Trust.

Hanjiro Corp. leased 63,792 square feet of industrial space at 6590 Darin Way in Cypress. The five-year deal is valued at $2.6 million. Neil Miyazaki and Junko Masubayashi of NAI Capital represented Hanjiro. Sam Chu of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented landlord Cypress Land Co.

Shercon, a rubber maker, leased 49,334 square feet of research and develop-ment/industrial space as part of its new U.S. headquarters at 6262 Katella Ave. in Cypress. The five-year deal is valued at $2.2 million. John Biven of CB Richard Ellis represented Shercon. Sam Chu of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord Cypress Land Co.

Tesco Stores West Inc. leased 16,332 square feet of retail space at 130 S. Main St. in Orange. Terms of the 20-year lease were not disclosed. Tesco will be located in Galleria L’Orange. Blaine Bush of Strategic Retail Advisors represented Tesco. Dan Samulski and Mark Baziak of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented landlord Galleria Orange LLC of South Pasadena.

Mark is the former Editor-in-Chief and current Community Editor of the Orange County Business Journal, one of the premier regional business newspapers in the country.
