Irvine-based data analytics software maker Alteryx Inc. said it will hold the company’s annual shareholder meeting on May 20 in a “virtual only” format rather than an in-person event because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Alteryx (NYSE: AYX) cited the public health impact of the outbreak: the company aims “to support the health and well being of its stockholders and other meeting participants.”
It said on April 8 it was planning a standard format meeting in Irvine but cautioned then that plans could change.
Its shares rose 4.6% today to $113.35 for a market cap of $7.5 billion.
