In-N-Out Plans to Expand to Tennessee

New corporate offices in the works for eastern markets

In-N-Out Burger is planning to expand to Tennessee for the first time with new offices and locations to open over the next three years.

The burger chain has plans to begin opening restaurants by 2026.

It will also invest $125.5 million in a 100,000-square-foot property for an eastern territory office in the city of Franklin and will begin construction by late 2024, according to the Nashville Business Journal.

This corporate hub will be the first focused on the eastern markets for the Irvine-based restaurant chain.

Owner and President Lynsi Snyder announced the expansion in Tennessee on Tuesday and across social media.

In-N-Out is Orange County’s third largest restaurant chain with systemwide sales of $1.7 billion for 2021, according to Business Journal data. This year marks the company’s 75th anniversary.
