Burger Boss LLC in Corona plans to open at least five corporate-owned locations in Orange County by year-end.
The fast-casual chain sells custom burgers, fries and salads via touchscreens. Beef is grass-fed, and ingredients are locally sourced. It has restaurants open in Norco and Riverside.
The first OC site opens this month in Mission Viejo. A second is scheduled for Lake Forest in July.
The company has also agreed to open stores in Cypress, Newport Beach and Tustin, and it’s said it wants up to a dozen restaurants in Orange County within the next year.
Burger Boss was founded in 2011 by Mo Fahra.
