Tim Britt, the former CEO of IT services provider Synoptek, has founded private investment and advisory firm Targhee Capital of Newport Beach.
Targhee combines owner-operator insight with strategic capital to accelerate tech company growth and performance, the company said in a statement on Nov. 21.
Britt is joined by a team with more than 50 years of combined experience and over $500 million in enterprise value created across their portfolio companies, according to the statement.
