Midday Trading: RGP Keeps Rising; Terran up After Satellite News

In midday trading, the S&P 500 fell 0.3% to 3,807.96 while the Dow 30 was off 0.4% to 30,905.20 and the Nasdaq was off 0.4% to 11,133.14.

Crude oil fell 2.2% to $107.42 a barrel.

Gold was off 0.3% to $1,812 an ounce.

The 10-year bond fell 3.56% to 2.983%.

 

SERVICES

Resources Connection Inc. (Nasdaq: RGP) climbed 5.4% to $20.48 and a $676 million market cap. Shares of the Irvine-based provider of management consultants are up about 22% since reporting fiscal third-quarter results in early April.

 

TECHNOLOGY

 

Terran Orbital Corp. (NYSE: LLAP) climbed 7.2% to $4.79 and a $659 million market cap. Terran Orbital, which has significant operations in Irvine, today reported its Pathfinder Technology Demonstrator 3 (PTD-3) satellite has completed bus commissioning with all health and status checkouts nominal.
