Western National Realty Advisors has acquired a 193-unit apartment complex for $31 million. The change of ownership brings a change to the complex’s name, from La Ramada to Madera Apartments. The Anaheim apartments are at 2960-2965 E. Jackson Ave. The complex was sold by TGM La Ramada Inc. for about $160,621 per unit. TGM was represented by brokers Sean Deasy and Ryan Fitzpatrick of HFF; no broker represented Western National Realty Advisors, which is part of the Irvine-based Western National Group.
