Raymond Ave. in Fullerton. The property consists of three industrial buildings and sits on 14.9 acres of land. South Coast is expanding from its current location in Carson and is doubling the square footage of the building. The space will be used for the warehousing of customer products and as a logistics and transportation center. The company obtained green financing by the Small Business Administration, which requires users to improve the property to maintain lower utility costs. Clint McMorris and Lary Carlton of Colliers International represented the buyer. Jeff Read and Greg Osborne of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented seller Western Realco.
