Versatile makes coatings for garage and other types of floors. It moved operations from two buildings in Carson, where it had 20,000 square feet of space. The Anaheim site is serving as the company’s headquarters and for manufacturing. The value of the seven-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Steve Eberle of Eberle Co. represented the tenant. Steve Pelletier and John Tenaglia of Lee & Associates represented the landlord.
