Orange Coast Auto Group Buys South Coast Acura

Costa Mesa-based Orange Coast Auto Group acquired South Coast Acura in Costa Mesa for an undisclosed sum on Thursday.

Irvine-based GlassRatner Advisory and Capital Group, a subsidiary of B. Riley Financial Inc., advised on the deal.

Orange Coast Auto Group consists of Jeep Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Nissan and OC Motorsports.
