Newport Beach-based Independence Bank opened its fourth branch in Tustin today.
The bank also has offices in Fountain Valley and San Juan Capistrano.
The bank provides personal and business banking, as well as commercial real estate lending.
Chief Executive Chuck Thomas said the new Tustin location affords the bank “an opportunity to extend our reach to North Orange County.”
The bank has assets of about $301 million and deposits of about $218 million as of September.
