Huntington Beach-based insurance services company Confie has acquired four insurance brokers in three states.
The list: TS Insurance Group in Troy, Ala.; Schmitt & Kraft Inc. and Dunlap & Bajak Inc. in Williamsville, N.Y.; and All Florida Insurance Group in Green Acres, Fla.
TS Insurance specializes in non-standard auto insurance and has five offices, bringing Confie’s total number of locations in Alabama to 29.
The two firms in New York offer personal and small-business insurance products.
All Florida specializes in non-standard auto insurance.
Confie was founded in 2008 and has grown rapidly thanks in part to acquisitions across the U.S. The company, which primarily serves Latino Americans, has about $470 million in revenue and more than 670 offices.
It’s a portfolio company of Abry Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm.
