Marina Landscape Maintenance Inc. in Anaheim was bought by BrightView Landscapes LLC in Plymouth Meeting, Pa., on undisclosed terms on Jan. 1.
Marina Landscape is 44 years old and employs about 650 firm wide. It provides landscaping, erosion control and groundskeeping services for 200 clients in Orange County, Los Angeles, the Inland Empire and Northern California.
Brightview is a landscaping design and maintenance firm with 22,000 employees and clients in 30 states.

Stowell will retain his title as vice president and general manager of Marina Landscape after the acquisition.
