Santa Ana-based Allied Universal, the largest U.S. security firm, named Andrew Vollero chief financial officer to replace Bill Torzolini, who is retiring after 15 years in the role.
Vollero was the first CFO of Snap Inc. (NYSE: SNAP), also known as Snapchat, helping guide it to an initial public offering; it now has an $8.5 billion market cap.
He earned a bachelor of arts degree in math and economics with high honors from Yale University, and holds a master of science in management from Oxford University. He lives in Laguna Niguel.
