On the Move: Wells Fargo Strengthens Commercial Banking Team in Orange County

Three experienced bankers join the relationship management and business development team to support middle market companies Wells Fargo Commercial Banking, which provides products and services to meet the unique banking needs of commercial businesses with annual revenues ranging from $25 million to $2 billion, has appointed three new bankers to support the company’s middle market clients in Orange County, California. Jordan Anderson, executive director and relationship manager, Nick Hebert, vice president and relationship manager, and Michael Lutfi, executive director and business development officer covering the Orange County and Inland Empire markets, will work with existing and new middle market clients to support their growth objectives.

Jordan Anderson is an executive director and relationship manager at Wells Fargo Commercial Banking, where she is focused on providing strategic banking solutions to middle market companies throughout Orange County. She has spent her career in commercial banking, most recently at JP Morgan Chase where she managed a diverse portfolio of clients and led the firm’s beauty and personal care industry focus in the Orange County market. Prior to joining JP Morgan, she held relationship management and underwriting roles at California Bank & Trust, overseeing large commercial lending portfolios across industries and transaction types. Anderson has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is active in her community, serving on the Associate Board for Project Youth Orange County.

Michael Lutfi, who brings more than 20 years of banking experience, serves as an executive director and business development officer at Wells Fargo, focused on building relationships with middle-market companies across Orange County and the Inland Empire. He built his career at leading financial institutions, including JP Morgan Chase and U.S. Bank, where he advised a diverse portfolio of clients and developed a reputation for thoughtful execution and market insight. He is deeply connected within the Southern California business community and brings a relationship-first approach to every engagement. He serves as Associate Board President of Project Youth Orange County, where he works to expand organizational growth and community impact. He is also an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth Orange County and serves as Awards Chair, helping recognize excellence across the region’s deal-making community.

Nick Hebert
Nick Hebert

Nick Hebert is vice president and relationship manager for Wells Fargo Commercial Banking in Orange County, California. In this role, he serves the growing middle market client portfolio, delivering integrated credit, treasury, investment banking, and capital markets solutions. Hebert began his career at Wells Fargo as a summer intern in 2019 and went on to complete the Wells Fargo Financial Analyst Program. Over the past seven years, he has progressed through increasingly senior roles within Commercial Banking, supporting middle-market and mid-corporate clients across a range of industries. Hebert graduated from California State University, Fullerton, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance.
