The Autism Community in Action (TACA), the Irvine-based national nonprofit, has appointed Mike Le as Executive Director, joining an organization that has served more than 100,000 parents and caregivers across all 50 states since 2000.
Le brings more than two decades of leadership, from corporate and real estate law to expanding access to care for children with cancer and children with disabilities. At TACA, he is executing the organization’s strategic plan, operations, fundraising, and national growth.
“What drew me to TACA is the community. Twenty-six years in, it is still active, still trusted, still growing, and too many families are still navigating autism alone. I am here to elevate that shared voice and turn it into real change.” Mike Le, Executive Director, TACA
Founder Lisa Ackerman steps into a new role as Director of Strategic Initiatives, leading family voice, community activation, and strategic partnerships. She also serves on the Federal Interagency Autism Coordinating Committee (IACC).
“Mike has the leadership, the operational discipline, and the heart for this mission. I am proud to grow TACA alongside him.” Lisa Ackerman, Co-Founder, TACA
