George Wright will become dean of Concordia Business School on Jan. 1; he’s been at the Lutheran institution since 2004 and is currently administrative dean at the business school.
He succeeds Dean Stephen Christensen, who has stepped down to pursue entrepreneurship ventures. He is founder and president of Irvine-based Elite USA Education, which connects international groups with American education.
Concordia has about 4,300 students; the school in November named a new president, Michael Thomas, who also starts his duties Jan. 1.
