Crude oil rose 1.3% to $59.51 a barrel.
The price of gold fell 0.2% to $1,472.
The yield on a 10-Year Bond jumped 5.1% to 1.88%.
TECHNOLOGY
CalAmp (Nasdaq: CAMP) moved up 5.5% to $11.23 a share and a $383 million market cap. The telematics and tracking products provider for auto fleets is scheduled to report earnings next week; a Zack’s report today anticipates an increase in quarterly per-share earnings despite a projected decline in revenue.
HEALTHCARE
Endologix (Nasdaq: ELGX) rose 7.3% to $2.21 a share with a $40 million market cap. This week it said it had granted an induced equity award to an undisclosed employee. Endologix products treat to aortic aneurysms.
