Lake Forest-based iBase-t, which provides management software for aerospace and defense manufacturers, said today it has received a “strategic growth investment” from private equity firm TA Associates.
The amount of the investment was not disclosed.
The investment from Menlo Park-based TA will support iBase-t’s continued product innovation and global expansion as global aerospace and defense manufacturers scale production, modernize sustainment operations, and accelerate adoption of AI-enabled digital manufacturing technologies, according to an announcement.
