Anduril Moving into Space Surveillance, Command

For U.S., Allied militaries

Defense company Anduril Industries says it will be sending its AI-powered detection, surveillance and command systems into space, calling it the “final frontier.”
The Costa Mesa-based company says it will “design, build, and launch our own fully integrated systems by the end of 2025” for the U.S. military and its allies.
“Today we are expanding our advanced, AI-powered hardware and software capabilities into the final frontier: Space. This effort will enhance mission-critical Space Domain Awareness, Space Control, and Command and Control for U.S. military warfighters and allied partners, providing end-to-end solutions to address the growing threats posed by adversaries in space,” the company said in a statement on Friday.
The system will use Anduril’s signature product, Lattice.
Anduril was founded by OC entrepreneur Palmer Luckey.
