Anduril Industries said it has agreed to acquire ExoAnalytic Solutions, a Foothill Ranch-based national security company focused on space domain awareness and missile defense. Financial terms were not released.
Costa Mesa-based Anduril said in a statement today that Exo specializes in “modeling and simulation for classified national security space programs, and provides critical software and expertise for missile warning and missile defense.” The company also owns and operates the world’s largest commercial telescope network with more than 400 systems deployed worldwide, enabling persistent, high-fidelity awareness of deep space at a global scale.
The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of required regulatory approvals.
